Updates on the announcement feature

"I must state that the new notification could be better designed. Showing a long list of announcements to students without paging or the option to break them from a few lines leads to a long page of announcements. All LMS use pins and other visual methods to attract attention for this part and convey a message quickly. Fairly disappointed that an update is a step back."

Hello team,
I can see some improvements have been made to the Announcements feature however given how important communications are for running successful courses and building rapport and relationships, I'm afraid that our courses are losing credibility because of the lack of accuracy and customisation.The "From" field should be a person - it should either default to the person scheduling the announcement but also be customisable to be the Course Name for example. The Subject Line should be specific to the announcement e.g. Week 1 - Getting started with the module... and also customisable.
I hope that this feature request is prioritised.
